Also, NOVASONIX makes available the WhatsApp application so that interested persons can contact those responsible by this means. In this regard, we inform that although the WhatsApp application servers for EU users are located in Ireland, there could be communications with US servers that would involve an international transfer of data which is done with full guarantees in accordance with the Decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework Adequacy of July 10, 2023.

8.1. – All our forms have an asterisk (*) in the mandatory data. If the USER does not provide these fields or does not check the acceptance box of the Privacy Policy, the sending of the information will not be allowed.

8.4. – In order to access their Professional Area, the USER must “Login” and include the e-mail address and password generated in the registration form according to the rules of complexity that are established at all times on the web.
The USERS are responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any of the identifiers and/or passwords that they have selected in the registration and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, nor allow access to outsiders.
Likewise, it shall be the USER’S obligation to immediately notify the Responsible Party of any event that allows the improper use of the identifiers and/or passwords, such as theft, loss or unauthorized access to them, in order to proceed to their immediate cancellation.

Whoever provides the data through the forms on this website and accepts its treatment declares to be over 14 years old, being prohibited access and use of the portal to minors of that age. If at any time, NOVASONIX detects that a minor under 14 years of age has provided personal data, we will proceed to cancel them. Likewise, parents or guardians may in any case contact NOVASONIX to block the access account of minors in their care who have registered by falsifying their identity.
